The building is old so it has some problems but management try to fix what they can.

The apartment looks old when you first see it but it is actually in quite good condition. I have had very little problems so far. The only problems I've had is the kitchen sink getting clogged. The building manager is friendly and responsive to repair requests.

All the aspects concerning the building and the managing of the building itself are from 4/5 stars... the only inconveniences are due to the location in center city such as the noise from the streets...

In general, it is an old bulding but works great for my wife and me. he personal is very friendly and the price is fair.
